Stratford-upon-Avon Youth Town Council

A Youth Council is a democratic organisation created, run and developed by young people for young people.  They exist to represent the views of young people at a local level, giving young people the opportunity to have a voice, discuss relevant issues, engage with decision-makers and contribute to improving the lives of other young people within their communities.

Following a number of Steering Group meetings in late 2020, Stratford-upon-Avon Youth Town Council was formed.   The
Youth Town Council shall be an independent democratic body whose membership could be representative of all young people within the boundaries of the town of Stratford-upon-Avon, regardless of gender, ethnic background, disability, race, or sexuality.
