Career History
Sam has a background in property and currently works for Knight Frank as a residential Viewings Assistant. Whilst working as a Fund Development Manager, Sam worked for the Heart of England Community Foundation which makes small grants to grassroots charities and organisations. Sam has also worked for a local charity where she organised activities and lunches to help combat social isolation - during Covid, Sam prepared nutritious hot meals for local residents.
Community Interests
Sam is a good fundraiser and would like to continue to organise and help raise money for causes that she supports. Sam would like to encourage more young people to step forward into community engagement projects, to become trustees of local charities and to become Councillors themselves. Sam would also like to organise a transport scheme for local people and be run by local people.
As a local Councillor, Sam as one of the representatives of the Town Council, would like to ensure that every possible step is taken to provide the best services and amenities for people who live in and visit Stratford-upon-Avon.
