Amenity Terms and Conditions
The provision of additional street amenities is subject to a number of procedures before a facility is finally installed. Ward members from the twelve Stratford wards will determine the necessary additional amenities for their ward, including litter/dog hygiene bins, grit bins, signage, benches and bus shelters, which will be installed on a rolling basis in accordance with demand, justification, and available resources.
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, we have a legal duty to protect any personal information we collect from you. We will only use personal information you supply to us in relation to this request for this purpose. We will only hold your information for as long as necessary to fulfil that purpose. We will not pass your information to any other parties. All employees and contractors who have access to your personal data or are associated with the handling of that data are obliged to respect your confidentiality.
