October 2016 - Tranquility Garden, Stratford-upon-Avon Cemetery, Evesham Road
The Tranquility Garden is progressing well and the brick pillars for the pergola have been constructed this week.
They still need to be a little higher before the wooden beams are fixed atop.
The hardcore has been laid for the pathway and the trenches dug for the beech hedging.
The construction of the brick wall started this week too. Once completed, this will be where the slate memorial plaques are placed. Two have been sold already and these will be attached ready for the opening of the Tranquility Garden.
It is hoped, that once completed, residents of Stratford-upon-Avon will value this quiet and beautiful space as a place for thoughts and reflection and to remember those no longer here.
If you would like to speak to someone about the Tranquility Garden, please contact the office on 01789 269332 or email email@example.com
